How to make Green Tea Eye Cream?
Make a small dual boiler by pouring boiling water in the bottom part of a shallow bowl. Place the Green Tea-Infused Oil into a measuring cup and put the cup into the container of hot water to melt. Blend it a little to help it together. After the oil has melted, take out the cup from the hot water and wipe dry. Cut the vitamin E capsules and press the fluid out into the melted oil, getting rid of the gel caps. Bring the carrot seed oil and mix the components with each other with a chopstick. Add the melted oil into the container and properly place in the fridge. Take out following 30 min’s and screw the cover on tight. Name it and date it.
